Lori A. Glover began development efforts in 2003 to establish a company in Arizona to install commercial and industrial (C&I) solar thermal systems. In 2005, she co-founded S.O.L.I.D. USA in Phoenix, Arizona and serves as its co-CEO. Since 2003, she has been the driving force behind the Arizona Corporation Commission's embracement of solar thermal air conditioning as a potential leader in the State’s effort to promote the use of solar energy. Ms. Glover has been in the energy industry for over 15 years, both as a lawyer and in management in the Pacific Northwest, California, and the Southwest. Her clients have included electric and gas utilities and large utility customers. Ms. Glover identified the re-emerging interest in renewable energy in the late 90’s and committed to transitioning away from traditional energy companies. In 2001 she entered the renewables industry working for a leading company in the area of concentrating solar technology.
Ms. Glover serves on the Arizona Governor’s Solar Energy Advisory Council and is active in the Distributed Energy Association of Arizona.

H. John Ellers co-founded S.O.L.I.D. USA in Phoenix, Arizona in 2005 and serves as its co-CEO. Mr. Ellers has over twenty-five years of experience in developing businesses and managing projects. He served as the Director of the Energy Division for a national consulting engineering firm, founded a regional marketing agency serving commercial clients including Federal Express, Holiday Inn and Coca Cola, and co-founded a management consulting firm that provided technical, marketing and financial advisory services to developing companies.
Prior to his effort to found S.O.L.I.D. USA, Mr Ellers, as a co-founder and serving at various times over a seven year period as President, CFO and COO, was directly responsible for building a crumb rubber manufacturing company into a world leader that was recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as among the fastest growing companies in America.

Dr. Christian Holter co-founded S.O.L.I.D. GmbH in Graz, Austria in 1992. He is recognized as a world leader in the area of design, installation and operation of large solar thermal plants. Dr. Holter has been involved with over 100 solar thermal installations in his career. He is frequently invited to speak at technical conferences and has served as a presenter in the US, Italy, China, Germany, Sweden, Hungary, France and Austria. He has the distinction of being the only foreigner asked to serve on the solar advisory board to the German government.
As a co-Managing Director of S.O.L.I.D. GmbH, he has had direct responsibility for the thirteen years of successful operation.

Franz Radovic co-founded S.O.L.I.D. GmbH in Graz, Austria in 1992. As S.O.L.I.D progressed, Mr. Radovic has been called on to perform in all areas including design, sales, management and installation. He is currently responsible for managing the installation process from the time a contract is secured until project completion. Mr. Radovic also is responsible for insuring that the installed projects continue to perform as most S.O.L.I.D. projects include some form of on-going operating arrangement.
As a co-Managing Director of S.O.L.I.D. GmbH, he has had direct responsibility for the thirteen, years of successful operation.
